A simple exercise to help tight hips

Many people will report tightness and even pain at the front and side of the hips. This can be caused by tightness in a muscle called the tensor facia latae (or TFL for short). This exercise aims to help you use your gluteal muscles to support your hips and in turn, aleviate a lot of the tightness that may be experienced here.
